We are looking for candidates with 5+ years in PBX,KEY telecommunication systems.

Candidate will need some knowledge of Avaya PBX/KEY systems such as:

• Partner One X
• IP Office
• S8300/S8400/S8500
• S87XX

Must have experience performing MAC (moves, adds, changes) work and knowledge of data/communication cabling.

• Works well in a team environment providing information & support to team efforts.
• Basic computer skills with the knowledge of Excel, Word & Outlook.
• Ability to troubleshoot wiring.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Ability to listen and interface to customer needs.
• Ability to work remote with limited supervision.
• Ability to work after hours and weekends and travel.
• Completes all paperwork on time.
